I take extra care when packaging your items because I know how special handmade pottery is. If anything does arrive damaged, please contact me immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
Missed Delivery: Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office.
Delayed Delivery: During peak times (Christmas, Mother's Day), deliveries may take longer than usual. I recommend ordering early for special occasions.
Missing Parcel: If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact me and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (s.29), the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. Until that point, I am responsible for the goods. All delivery prices shown are the total cost — as I am not VAT-registered, no VAT is charged.
I also ship to Europe and beyond. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in my prices.
